Instance Inclusion Request Form

Notice: At this time I am not including single-user instances, sorry.

Construct the message however you like but ***PLEASE*** include the following:
- The name of the instance to be included
- Your handle on fedi e.g. "@someone@instance.tld"
- If your instance already has a common 3 letter abbreviation e.g. "SPC" or "FSE"
If you do not include your handle with leading @ sign you will not be notified of your site's inclusion.
The page may take some time to load (Up to 60s) so please be patient and only hit 'Submit' once.
